Moy Tung MY4 Sifu Wu Tung San Nic Bartell began Ving Tsun (wing chun) Kung Fu training in 2002 under Grandmaster Moy Sup Tung Aaron Vyvial in Austin, TX. He had trained in many other martial arts, and was always looking for common sense ways to fight. The Ving Tsun system being reasonable, he took to it quickly. Due to their common interest in Ving Tsun, he developed a close relationship with his Sifu, Moy Sup Tung, and soon also with his Sigung, Grandmaster Anthony Moy Tung.
Bartell joined Grandmaster Moy Tung’s MY4 Association for inner circle students in 2003. He has traveled extensively for workshops and training with both his Sifu Moy Sup Tung and Moy Tung, to the SSA headquarters in NYC, to the Richmond Moy Yat Kung Fu Academy, to many other Moy Tung branch schools, and to the Ving Tsun Athletic Association in Hong Kong in 2017.
Today, Sifu Bartell is the most senior student (Dai Sihing) of the Austin branch, as well as the Sifu of the Houston (2011) and Georgetown, Texas (2015) branch schools. He regularly hosts workshops at the Houston and Georgetown schools with his Sifu and Grandmaster Moy Tung.

The Georgetown, TX branch is in the SW corner of Rt 29 and I35, making it convenient for those in nearby Serenada, Jonah, Round Rock, Liberty Hill, Walburg and Weir. The school offers private lessons, and separate group classes, for men and women in the area interested in martial arts training for self-defense, health and fitness.
The Austin and Georgetown locations are sister schools, and enrolled students may be eligible to train at both locations. Each location has its own student body and personal appeal. Both schools host Muk Yan Jong Wooden Dummy’s and Luk Dim Boon Kwan poles for those working on advanced Kung Fu.
