1995: Richmond Moy Yat Seminar: Chi Sao on Centerline

In 1995, Grandmaster Moy Yat gave a seminar at the Richmond Moy Yat Kung Fu Academy titled ‘Chi Sao on Centerline’, the fundamental principle in Ving Tsun (wing chun) Kung Fu training and fighting. The seminar included a technical presentation and demonstration of basic Ving Tsun training principles, which are also the most advanced techniques and methods in the system. Advanced Chi Sao and Maai Sang Jong training come from Siu Nim Tao and Pak Sao.

Many of Grandmaster Moy Yat’s seminars at were video recorded by the Richmond Academy founder, SSA disciple Grandmaster Anthony Moy Tung Dandridge, and the footage later used in the over 30 Moy Yat videos that have been officially released, that cover the Ving Tsun system from Siu Nim Tao to advanced training and Kung Fu life. The footage from the Chi Sao on Centerline seminar was the basis for a video later released with the same name, Grandmaster Moy Yat’s 4th video on the subject of Chi Sao, and his most advanced technical discussion of the subject - scroll down for a video preview.
